Sports Investing is an emerging category that has increasingly demanded attention from investors, and the timing for a dedicated sports investment group is especially ripe. From the rising valuation of professional teams, the fast-growth of women’s sports, expansion of leisure sports (ex - pickleball) and the ubiquitous need for new content, sports has never been more important as a value-driver across investments.

We want to build businesses.  Not all of them will be sports businesses, but all of them will be businesses where sports is a plus factor.  That shows up as:

• Built-in loyalty
• Built-in geographic upside

Athletes are success-catalysts and their training/dedication translates directly to the kinds of factors that make founders successful in business.

• They know how to pivot/adjust in realtime
• They build loyalty amongst their fans

We want to invest  where the presence of an athlete makes a difference to the bottom line:

• Sometimes that is by an athlete becoming the investor
• Sometimes that means the athlete becomes an operator
