Sports is an emerging category that increasingly demands attention from investors, and the timing for dedicated sports investment focus is especially ripe. From the rising valuation of professional teams, the fast-growth of women’s sports, the expansion of recreational sports (ex - pickleball) and the ubiquitous need for new content, sports has never been more important as a value-driver across investments.

We want to build businesses.  Not all of them will be sports businesses, but all of them will be businesses where sports is a plus factor.  That shows up as:

• They build teams of people under pressure
• They know how to pivot/adjust in realtime
• They build loyalty amongst their fans

We want to invest  where the presence of an athlete and/or a sport makes a difference to the bottom line:

• Sometimes that is by an athlete becoming the investor
• Sometimes that means the athlete becomes an operator
• But it always means sports will be a success catalyst
