Our Vision

Athletes are real-time innovators, and championships are won when everyone maximizes their talent and role.  Deep Bench is dedicated to bridging the gap between collegiate athletics and entrepreneurial education by showing athletes they already developed the necessary skills to pursue business ventures after their athletic careers because of the work they put in on the field.  On top of that excellent foundation, we translate sports lessons into business lessons, add the resources and skills from our professional expertise, and finally add our extensive network of  investors.

Our team is led by Adam H. Phillips, a lawyer and investor with over 25 years of experience and over 70 investments in early-stage and mature companies.  Adam has led large and small teams in large and small enterprises, and been responsible for raising millions in funding.
